Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to your credits and plan benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Credits

Because AI compute is highly resource-intensive and costs us money per generation, we generally cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed.

3. Technical Failures

If you experience a technical failure where our system consumes your credits but fails to deliver the generated media (e.g., an API timeout), our system is designed to automatically refund those credits. If this fails, please contact support with the generation details for a manual credit refund.
