Nexus AI Studio provides artificial intelligence media generation and editing tools. These tools consume "credits" which are purchased via subscription or one-time payments.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the images and videos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your media solely for the purpose of returning the AI-generated results to you. We do not use your private uploads to train our models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nexus AI Studio to generate illegal, non-consensual explicit, or highly harmful content. We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
